In September, Ana Maria came to visit us from Veracruz, Mexico. She stayed with our family for about three weeks and so we were able to take her to various places in Salt Lake. One Sunday afternoon, we all ventured downtown to Temple Square. The kids like to throw pennies into the reflection pool. Please notice that at some point Isabel actually got into the pool. She was soaking wet!
The next stop on the tour was the Church Office Building. Here is Ana Maria standing in front of the building.
Then we headed off to see the statues of the ordination of the priesthood. While Ernesto was translating the inscriptions to Ana Maria, I had a little photo shoot with the kids.
We went inside the North Vistor's Center to see the replica of the Christus statue. It was really dark in there since the sun had gone down. So, you can't really see the kids very good.
As we were leaving Temple Square, we took a picture of Ana Maria with the lighted temple. And, while we were doing that, Isabel found herself a place to sit down and wait.
