On July 5th, we drove up American Fork Canyon and hiked up to Timpanogos Cave. The trail is paved, which is nice. The hike is about 1.5 miles and climbs 1100 feet in elevation. Needless to say, it is quite a hike. Because it is so steep, they do not allow anything wheeled to be on the trail. This meant, no stroller for Isabel and no walker for Lehonti. We took a lot of little breaks on the way up so it took us the entire hour and half to climb up, but it was well worth it! The video is of us hiking. Lehonti made the entire hike up by himself! Papa had to carry him down the mountain...he was exhausted! Limhi was in charge of our water and made the whole 3 miles without so much as a piggy back ride. Way to go boys!

Your family is beautiful Emily! It makes me so happy to see Lehonti walking so well. He's a fighter like his mom.
