"The Moving of the Water"

In the March issue of the Ensign, there is an article about a new resource made available by the LDS Church -- a disability website. I had read that there were pages devoted specifically to parents, grandparents, and church leaders and teachers. As I browsed the information available, I noticed a talk by Elder Boyd K. Packer, "The Moving of the Water." As I read, I again realized how mindful my Heavenly Father is of my family's specific circumstances. As a mother to a son with special needs, I am edified by words spoken by Jesus himself that the purpose of disabilities upon this earth is to manifest the works of God.
